Any time of the day you can devote to exercising is a good time for getting active, but if you want to make a healthy fitness plan, it may be helpful to keep several points in mind and find out the best time to exercise.
First, try to know what kind of person you are.Especially, are you an early bird who always wakes up early in the morning, or a night owl(猫头鹰)who almost never goes to bed before midnight? Once you are generally aware of what your sleep characteristics are, you will have a better understanding of when your body needs exercise, either early in the morning, sometime during the day, or later on in the evening.
Second, consider your daily plan. When do you seem to be most busy, and when do you plan your most important tasks? Try to fit in your exercise before or at least around these events if possible, so that you can keep exercising and your life won't be influenced as well.
Third, think about when you feel you have the most energy. For most people, that time is usually in the morning after a good night's rest, or after a long day of work. After a busy or much stressful day, exercising can reduce your working stress from hard work.
Lastly, find out the place you plan to do exercise.Your house provides exercise at any time if you own fitness equipment(设备),but if there is a gym(健身房)down the street or along the way home from work, it will make it more suitable for you to exercise.
More importantly, you need to make a plan and try sticking to it for one week.If you do so and can get through the exercise without being pulled in another direction, make it a habit. And once you have set up your fitness plan, don't make any great changes to it unless your doctor allows you to.

Researchers from two universities at Chicago discovered 550 children, ages three to six, to learn about how money affects children. The result proved money makes children work harder, but it also makes them less giving.
To avoid raising a selfish generation, parents should talk to their children about money in the following ways according to the Money Advice Service.
Start young
With a five-year-old son or daughter, parents can start talking to them about different types of coins and let them pay for things when out shopping, so they get used to using money.
Open a savings account
Opening a savings account for your child is a great way to show them how their money can grow. It will also start to teach them the very basic ways to invest(投资) and save money.
Provide chances to earn money
Provide chances for your kids to earn money. Encourage them to work for it. From a young age, offer payment for “extra” work around the house and yard.
Make it step by step
Parents should introduce their child's education about money step by step.
If parents haven't spoken before about savings and how to use money, don't jump in with one long chat, as it will become boring with money grows.
Be consistent(坚持的)
Although most parents give their children pocket money, only 36% of parents say they do so regularly. Being irregular can actually make it harder for children to learn about using money.

Voice of the students:
“Our parents hold too high expectations which put us under lots of pressure(压力). They care too much about our lives and studies,” one student said.

Every place offers the possible dangers for getting hurt, even staying at work. We may face dangers like walking into desks or chairs, receiving unexpected cuts from a paper knife and so on. Industrial jobs have similar and more dangers like getting body parts hurt by machines or falling from a height.
No one wants to get hurt. Some accidents are avoidable(可避免的). Most accidents happen because of common things seen every day—an open desk drawer, a chair pulled out too far, water on the floor and so on. We slowly get used to these things we see every day and never think about what they could possibly become in the future.
Think about the following to prevent dangers to yourself and others:
1. If there is something you see and know may become a danger for yourself or others, do something about it. Close a desk drawer, clean up or put a sign over the water, turn off the power before leaving, and so on.
2. Get extra persons’ help and support on a task that is too hard for a single person.
3. Study the situation and think what could possibly happen and change if necessary. Do it before something happens and you won’t have to say some day, “ I should have… How sorry I feel…”
To use an old phrase “ Safety is everyone’s duty.” Looking down on it could lead to being hurt. Keep the rule in mind every day “ Everyone wants to go home in the same condition they came to work in –or better.”

Atlantis, a beautiful and wealthy island, is supposed to exist over 11, 000 years ago. In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, it was a center for trade. Its people were very wealthy and powerful. The rulers of Atlantis controlled their people and land, and their power spread to Europe and Africa.
The weather was very good in Atlantis, and therefore people could grow food all year around. Many different kinds of vegetables, fruits and nuts grew there, and a lot of different animals lived on the island, including elephants.
Atlantis was the home of Poseidon, the Greek God of the Sea. Poseidon had ten sons, who became the first rulers of Atlantis. The island’s many hills, fields and rivers were divided between the ten brothers. The eldest son, Atlas, was the first king of Atlantis. He controlled the island’s central hill and its area nearby.
At the top of the central hill, a temple was built in memory of Atlas’s father, Poseidon. Inside the temple was a huge gold statue of Poseidon. The rulers of Atlantis discussed laws in the temple.
For centuries the people of Atlantis lived simple, honest and happy lives. However, over time they began to change. They enjoyed the power they had and wanted to have more of it. When the God Zeus saw how corrupt (腐败) the people of Atlantis were, he was very angry and gathered the other gods together. At last the gods agreed with Zeus and decided to sink (下沉) the island.
