Einstein was the greatest scientist of his age. But he was almost as strange as his Theory of Relativity.
Once, while riding a street car in Berlin, he told the conductor that he had been given too much change. The conductor counted the change again and found it to be correct, so he handed it back to Einstein, saying “The trouble with you is you don’t know your figures.”
He had nothing and thought little of the things most people set their hearts on— fame and money. He didn’t want money or praise. He made his own happiness out of such simple things as his work and playing the violin and sailing his boat. Einstein’s violin brought him more joy than anything else in life.
He led a very simple sort of life, went around in old clothes that needed pressing, seldom wore a hat, He shaved (刮胡子)with the same soap that he used for his bath. The man who was trying to solve the most difficult problems of the universe said that using two kinds of soap made his life completely too complicated(复杂的).
1.From the second paragraph we know Einstein _____.
A. wasn’t good at maths
B. enjoyed playing jokes
C. had some trouble with figures
D. didn’t care about money at all

It is well known that Einstein was the father of the famous Theory of Relativity. But do you know it owes a great deal to Marits, Einstein’s former wife?
In 1896, 17-year-old Einstein went to Zurich to study physics. There he met a girl from Hungary. They studied in the same class. The same interest brought the two together and the young man fell in love with Marits. In 1903, when Einstein was 24 years old, he married Marits, who was 4 years older than he.
After their marriage, Einstein devoted himself to the research of the great theory. To give her husband more help, Marits gave up her own work, and became a good wife and assistant. She tried her best to encourage him whenever possible and she was sure that her husband would succeed. They often discussed the theory while walking outside or sitting together in the room. They even discussed it in their letters when one of them was away from home.
In 1914, the Einstein moved to Berlin and settled there. At that time, Einstein’s theory proved to be correct and he had become famous all over the world. Marits was very proud of him and his success. But it was not long before the First World War broke out. Marits as well as her two sons, who were all on holidays in Switzerland, couldn’t come back to Berlin. The war not only stopped Einstein’s work but broke up the warm, happy family. In 1919, Einstein and Marits had to get divorced.
Einstein himself, however, later said that Marits was really an outstanding woman.

The future of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which will open on Tuesday, has been doubted by some experts due to their low expectations as to its logistic(后勤的) functions. But instead, the bridge will play an important role in promoting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
According to research made by the One Country Two Systems Research Institute, the grand bridge connecting Hong Kong, Macao and Zhuhai will have limited effects on freightage(货运) but it will have a meaningful influence on passenger traffic.
Under the economic environment of the Bay Area, particularly the western part, the bridge's transport function will focus on passenger traffic.
The bridge will give a big improvement to cross-boundary passenger traffic as using it will not only be less time-consuming than the currently used circuitous(迂回的) land routes, it will also be more economical than travel by sea. Demand for cross-boundary passenger transport is expected to increase greatly.
And prospects(前景) for the bridge's traffic volumes have received a improvement from two policies. The first is that the bridge charge for vehicles will be driver-friendly — between 60 yuan ($8.66) and 300 yuan per trip.
The second policy is connected with private car drivers. Hong Kong drivers without a mainland license can apply for a permit online and drive around Guangdong for a short period after entering the province through designated(指定的) ports.
Along with other favorable policies, which have already been carried out, the operation of the bridge is likely to strength regional unity.
Greater cooperation between Hong Kong and the western Pearl River Delta is a major value of the bridge.

A.Some experts once thought poorly of the future of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

2.The influence of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge includes .

B.Improve tourism
C.Promote cooperation among Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao
D.All of the above
3.A Hong Kong driver without a mainland license can .
